Shane joined Blue Cross Animal Hospital in April of 2024 to manage the administrative functions of the practice. He has worked in the veterinary industry for 25 years: as an assistant, technician, and manager, in spay neuter clinics, shelters, primary care hospitals and emergency/specialty departments. He earned his MBA from Indiana University in 2022, and completed AAHA’s Practice Management certificate program in 2020. Shane also holds the SHRM-CP certificate, a professional designation for expertise in human resources. Shane’s goal is to support the clinical staff and create an environment to provide the best patient and client care experience possible. In his free time, Shane is often in the woods or on the water with his wife Sarah and their 2 dogs Toast and Beavis.
